Our Code Enforcement team is knowledgeable in code compliance. Code enforcement is so important in keeping our communities safe. Our goal in code enforcement is always to achieve voluntary compliance through communication, clear expectations. And thorough details on what the violations are and how to correct them.

Floodplain Management services – Certified Floodplain managers on staff Review Floodplain development applications to ensure all development in floodplains is compliant with Fed, State and Local Floodplain Ordinances. Issue and Deny applications. Inspect development through the process. Assist residents with Floodplain determinations on their property.

Zoning- Review zoning applications to ensure each project meets the requirements of the local Zoning Ordinance. Interprets the zoning ordinance and applies the regulations accordingly.  Researches property  legal information. Our team works with property owners to assist them in understanding the requirements and what information to submit.
